Our 26,000 SF conditioned warehouse and 20 acre laydown yard allows our prefab team to stage all materials and equipment to perform just-in-time delivery for on-site installation. We fabricate 60%+ of our polyethylene pipe to then be installed on-site.

We self-perform 90%+ of our projects with our own labor force which helps us to control schedule, costs and produces a high quality product with 60% of our HDPE piping prefabricated prior to mobilizing to the project site.

We know that startup and commissioning can be the most important part of any project especially when animal health and safety is at risk. Our passion for keeping animals healthy drives the minuscule animal mortality rate on our projects of under 1%. 

When looking for a solution to a non-traditional problem, partner with Longhorn Organics to provide expert  LSS solutions. We provide targeted design-build services to resolve the needs of our clients.

We utilize Autodesk technology to coordinate with the design team during the design phase as well as create our prefabricated PE pipe models. The use of this technology allows us to save time, money and eliminate rework during construction.

We collaborate with the general contractor, owner and design team to keep projects within budget by providing product comparisons, value engineering options, and constructability reviews of the LSS system prior to the start of construction.

As LSS and water quality experts, we work with clients to guide them through the Life Support System installation and commissioning process. We also have an in-house veterinarian to consult with facilities and offer product support.

Longhorn Organics offers equipment, materials, and products specific to RAS & LSS. These range from large diameter HDPE to Nitrifying Bacteria which can cycle an aquarium system in just 24 hours.  

Longhorn Organics is driving innovation with our in-house BIM team. We are not only creating more efficient ways to improve the design and construction process using BIM but we are saving our client's money.
